We were for a celebration for 1 night, this is centrally located in south mumbai near to all major tourist attractions and club joints. Hotel is clean and comfortable staff !

Very bad rooms, nothing well as compared to pricing. Not good to prefer e anyone. Location is good but hotel is worst not clean at all not good ambiance

I recently stayed at the ambassador for 1 night, and it was a positive experience overall. The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. The staff were friendly and quick to assist with requests. The hotel’s location was convenient with easy access to attractions. While the facilities were well-maintained, the overall value for the price was good. I would recommend this hotel for business.

Everything in this hotel was a terrible experience. Right from the way they treat the guests and the room quality. We had our room near the elevator, so the sound of the elevator was disturbing the whole night. And they get money for the room service inc gst. But their computer is not working to generate bill.

Great location. Good bargain price. Courteous staff. Excellent room size as per mumbai standards. Washrooms are just okay. Hand-showers are almost must these days in such standard hotels. Bath-tubs are obsolete in today's fast moving world. Only walk-in shower enclosures are best comfortable. Keep the bath-tubs reserved in vacation resorts.

The stay was very pleasant, they allowed us to check-in early no questions asked. The staff is also very cordial. We had ordered food from swiggy and no restrictions on that as well unlike other restaurants.

A weekend at the ambassador

The experience was good. The hotel is in one the best locations in south mumbai, it is close to all the tourist destinations. The best part is it's just 50ms to marine drive. Just that food needs to better) not that great quality)

Traffic noise doesn’t let you sleep

This hotel is on the main road and traffic noise coming into the rooms doesn’t let guy sleep. It’s alright at night but the noise will wake you up at 7 am, you can’t take an afternoon nap, and even trying to work in the room is tough in the afternoons if you are bothered by the pee-pee of the traffic. They should at least try to do some sound proofing

Rooms are run down. Cards swapping for room opening is a pain. To get hot water in a hotel of this level is a luxury. Service quality is way below average. Overall experience poor.

Hotel is very conveniently located near marine drive. The ambiance inside is good. The suit was comfortable though a bit small for the price. The menu for breakfast is not very great. They don't have live counters. Staff is courteous and respectful. Overall a comfortable stay
