Sink was broken, window view not gud, breakfast buffey not gud, limited 2-3 dishes only. Not value for money.

Horrible experience they use very low quality locks on their doors when I arrived late in the night the door lock battery died. They gave me another room to sleep whose flush was not function

I booked this hotel via my trip and once i step to the hotel i have to go back. Hotel area and surrounding areas is extremely crowded and dirty. I had to booked another hotel at 2 am.

Don’t book. Check any 2k hotel is better then this

Place is terrible, lots of noice in the night due to dance floor ob 2nd floor. Room is below average, i planned to start for 4 days, ended up checking out in 1 night. I would not stay here. Sorry

Club class room is equal as 2 star hotel, rooms & bathroom very small & not maintained, no ventilation in the room, view from the rooms window is slum area, staff service poor, not trained for how to talk with customers, paying 5k for a stay, we can find better property for stay in dahisar !

Good experience, food + amenities were also good. Service were given at high price, possibly due to year end but few things does not make sense with the hotel management for playing music when they have there own club.

I entered the room, it was stinky, chair broken, and no drawers sheets torn and unclean. When asked to change the room, it took time, but it changed. Reception person after asked to send clean towels cross questioned. Paid for 2 nights 1 room with no proper services. Worst experience.

Very unprofessional just like lodge treatment, no ro water, even mineral water charge double, you have to pay. First, complimentry breakfast is aboslutly worse. The cost of room at this quality is very very high. Room is not at all good.

The reception staff was arrogant talking. No proper lights in the bathroom. Bathrooms were not clean.

Ob-er all average standard. Not good not bad. Nothing special. Breakfast found to be dis-satisfactory to me. Service standard had been average.
