We checked in on 28th and till evening the stay was going just fine. We then ordered room service n there were the issue started. The parantha that came was not even warm- when i raised the concern, i was told that by the time it reaches, it is due to get cold! am i paying for cold food? then we another parantha and we wanted extra butter with it. It never came, although we waited and ate slowly too. Our was bill to be paid on spot but for room service it was not offered when they came for clearance. We were tired and had put dnd. The team f&b disturbed us thrice with dnd. They spoil t our sleep, lobby manager was also of no help. The team of the resort hotel doesn't understand privacy, doesn't follow dnd policies, and doesn't own their mistakes. We were the women in the room. Made us feel super insecure.

The smile of the room was so bad & no exhaust fun on the bathroom & over all the hotel need maintenance & i had to pay for slippers & wifi so doesn’t deserve that much cost

Nice location. Good food. The in room dining has limited choices. Rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. Toilet is clean and the bathtub is a rare feature in hotels nowadays. The swimming pool is well designed. Service is prompt and the staff is polite. The beach has limited access and is filthy and stinky. All in all a pleasant stay.

Excellent property. Road to the place is little bumpy somewhere but once you reach the property you wi feel you are in goa. Nice place clean swimming pool, good food, nearby beaches, very beautiful place and nice ambience. Visited twice in a week and stayed for two days sach time. Doesn't want to leave the place it's so good. Sll staff are very good, helpful n courteus. Will give 5 out if 5 to this property.

* we weren't able to step outside of the building as the place was stinking with bad odour of fish drying. * the property was not clean specially the jacuzzi was all green * food was not great and also very expensive * crows & pigeons were swimming in the pool. Pigeon feathers all over the pool. We did not dare think of swimming there. * overall very expensive and disappointing experience.

Excellent location for a single day staycation food is good and so are the amenities on the property. Service is a bit slow otherwise all is good.

Rooms are small and there is no balcony in facing to sea the purpose you are going and paying huge money not worth

The property was great but the rooms were not up to the mark. There was dampness in the rooms and no provision to open windows or exhaust in the bathroom to let out the steam. Service overall was great.

I came to this property on 31/7/24 for 1 day stay with my family. This must be my 4th visit to this property. The property is really beautiful. This time the room they provided was very bad. A. C. Started giving problems. Since it is centrally controlled it is used to cut off automatically. After cut off the floors and walls get wet and floors become slippery. Complain twice but no results. Rest everything is awesome. Food is excellent.

Pool was filthy and covered with bird droppings. Jacuzzi had bugs floating in it staff wouldn't open the beach umbrellas even in scorching heat limited breakfast menu exorbitant a la carte rates tv wasn't working wifi very slow was refused extra bottles of drinking water saying it was being rationed smell of fish all through the day access to beach filthy and littered with garbage waterfall was under maintenance

Staff of very good and well behaved. But the property had a very bad fish smell as soon as you step out in open. Crows pegions and other birds are bathing in swimming pool water and staying their continuously which didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool time
