The rooms were new & clean. Receptionist seems to be not interested in attending the guest. But the cleaning staff was superb & well behaved ( make him the receptionist so the hospitality will way more better. In the first room allotted, the flush & shower were not working properly. Also i booked room for 3, they gave an extra mattress & said to sleep on floor. Not extra cot was provided, which was so irritating. The breakfast counter was closed before 10. 30 am & they to have what is left on the table ( only some corn flakes wer left. But the cleaning boy attending us make poori for us ( no curry. The location where the building is, was very dirty & felt insecure.

I did not stay at treebo palm olive as the property was horrible & located amid-st a slum & unhygienic & unsafe condition. As soon as i could, i booked another hotel at dadar & moved there. I did not get my treebo booking amount of rs 4833. Horrible booking from mmt.

Our stay in treebo palm olive was good. Few suggestions we have is location is not that clean and not easy to access. Our cab driver dropped us far from this hotel as it was not showing in his map. So please look into it

The hotel is still under construction and is fully dusty and only a few rooms are complete and fit for stay. The location is not good and need to pass through a narrow street and slum area, though the area within the compound is ok. There are no windows in the room and room feels dusty as veranda and adjoining rooms are still under work. Not worth the money at all.

Toilet seat was broken, toiler paper was out of stock, room was smelly. Outside area was bad, its a big mess to find the location . toilet 🚽 seat was broken. toilet roll are out of stock

Very bad locality difficult to locate hotel, no signs or boards we were asked to change rooms at 2 am (morning) after checking in at 11 am because we were given the keys to the wrong room. Eerie vibe in the whole building and the area. Would not recommend

Hotel floor is good but hotel surrounding area is pathetic. It is very difficult to find for a new person.

Location of hotel is too bad. I can’t even think to go there with my parents. Bad odour in path and in one old building hotel is in 5th floor

The area in which the hotel was located was very shady and insafe. It was also very unhygienic area. The hotel was suffocating and there was alot of construction noice. The beds very extremely uncomfortable

Jio world centre is just near to the hotel, stay was good, the good things was location and food of this hotel. Issues was mosquitoes in the room.

No hot water. Breakfast is all cold. Found few mosquitoes, and they gave mosquito repellent. Complimentary water bottles needs to be requested.
