Location near metro station in kandiwali is the only plus point. Rooms are spacious but room service, food is way below average. Buffet is mediocre and even tea is not made fresh

Locqtion is good, room was clean and spacious, however tv and electric kettle were not working. Breakfast was having ordinary taste.

Room was spacious, clean and washroom was also very clean n good. Value for money. Complementary breakfast had idle sambar which was awesome. There was veg maggie, upma, cut fruits n chai.

Property's location was good. Close to dhanukar wadi metro station. Nice proximity! food was tasty. Services are very friendly. Basic amenities were in good working condition.

Awesome rooms with very clean and large washrooms. Loved the way it has been designed. Pros: location, size of room, cleanliness, a real thumbs up for the washroom. Cons: breakfast, both location of breakfast which was above drainage line and quality and variety of breakfast which can be way better.

I had asked for a cancel-led but the hotel completely denied the same. The hotel is in between residential area that is a very pathetic location. Moreover the hotel was under something renovation activity

Hopeless hotel for stay

Don’t book this hotel in my honest opinion. A packed breakfast tiffin is provided and not a buffet as it is mentioned/expected everywhere. Tea/coffee is served in such little quantity and heavily priced. Hotel manager is rude. He lacked basic sense of dealing with costumers who have paid such a heavy amount to stay in the hotel. The staff is lazy in service and cannot even ensure working devices for the room. When the electric kettle won’t work they will provide with heated water after 15-20 mins, from god only knows which source. There is no point to complain because you’ll only end up hearing rude words from the staff there.

Never pay first for late check out

Stay was good, room was very clean and service is also good only the problem was i already paid in advance for late check out on mm t but they are still asking for more money at reception while checking out after 11 am.

Good rooms, slow service, issues with the room and breakfast

There was no breakfast buffet promised and billed as part of the booking. They reported some issues with local authorities so the kitchen wasn't available. Wi-fi was also down which was a big issue as i had to run back to my office to take calls. The dinner on both nights took an hour plus to deliver. My room's phone wasn't working and i had to struggle because of that. The lock of my room door was not working as well. The room and bathroom's ambience is good.
