The hotel is quite overpriced. Even mineral water was not provided in the room. Neither kettle for warm water.

The rooms are very dingy with little or no ventilation. Bottled water is not provided. They charge you a hefty premium for a water bottle. No lifts. The reception is on 2nd floor. People with knee problems are not advised to book here.

Though there was no food service from the hotel itself you can order food zomato or swiggy easily. Staff were friendly. Rooms very clean and tidy but cozy type. Great experience to stay. Ac, light, fans and tv were working properly. Just 5 mins walk away from csmt.

Near to cs t rely stn, good location. Room not worth for money, looks very old. I changed hotel after one day stay to a cheap, neat, new hotel which is very close to cs t stn.

The hotel is reasonable value for mumbai. Good location and helpful, friendly staff. Shared bathroom kept the price down but it was kept clean. Would stay here again.

Fake hotel, they didn't mention about ac availability in the portal, but it seemed air conditioning - but there is no ac. Tariff is 2. 5k per night but they don't have a separate bathroom also. Common bathroom for entire floor. So down graded quality of rooms. Unfit for family. Useless for 2. 5k per night. Dormitory infront of cs-mt are way better than this
