Pathetic experience. Unprofessional behaviour. The hotel is in a mall. It’s not a resort. Completely unsafe.

Room, pillow cover, bed sheet, bathroom not proper clean, service is also very very poor. Food is also not good.

First of all they give room where shower not working well, after it hot water not coming as per hotel receptionist hot water only provide in morning. Also tv not working after all complaint to manager he replaced room. So it's terrible don't go to this hotel. At this hotel shiva club and resort, mundra they don't have any 2- pin plug in for charging any electronic item. All are 3 - pin with lock. Also to mention their own all equipments like tv, night lamp, water kettle have 2-pin charger then how you can connect them with 3 pin female board with lock. Very poor lookout. Support staff behaviour is good

Call was not received while fimdig location. Room service was poor. Hot water was not available in bathroom. Not worh visit next time. No courtsey from staff. Food was so so.
