I am not at all satisfied with the room and the staff they asked to wait for check in for half an hour and later went to room drop my luggage and later in eve me and my came to rest and found the bed was not at all cleaned and all the stains were there it was full of smell unbearable and had to use our perfume to just stay for the night as it's already late for us to find other room and soon in the morning i have checked out as it's unbearable and i have paid for 2 days and i didn't even stay there.

An awful experience

The experience was really terrible. First of all the bedsheet and the pillows seems like it wasn’t washed and if an ordinary person look inside the pillow they will faint by seeing through it and it smells so bad what was the positive point is the washroom was alright.

The room was smelly and the bedsheet had stains on it. Asked them to assign another room with a clean bedsheet, another room was also smelly but at least the bedsheet was clean there. Since i was already tired from a long trip all day. I chose to stay sleep and the first thing i did in the morning was get freshen up and checkout from the room, the bathroom was clean though.

Worst experience i have experienced in my life. Issues 1. Water is leaking from sealing in the room as well as in the toilet. 2. They provided standard room instead of deluxe room. 3. Later they changed room with same conditions like bathroom toilet is broken. 4. Light goes often. 5. Property owners are rude. I personally recommend not to choose this property

Below average hotel

Very old building with room and amenities are poor. The bed-sheet and pillow-cover are covered with stain and dirt. The plug and socket were all damaged and not properly working. The bathroom was good and looks like newly renovated. Room is not at all good upto the price.

The stay was horrible, water was dripping from ceiling and everything had a bad smell, the staff was very uncooperative they didn’t even respond to us properly, the hotel is poorly maintained and the rooms are very thin you can hear everything from other rooms, please remove this house from make my trip

horrible room and not clean and bad smell, what showing in the booking side photos are not like that, paid for early check-in and late check out but room not ready even 1pm also paid for late check out but still they charged for extra money for extra time don't book there.

I booked highrange hotel but they told us that rooms are already booked so they arranged another hotel of their other branch they told us to wait until they get confirmation. So they caused inconvenience to us so we had terrible and worst experience ever i've faced. I don't recommend this hotel.
