Full disturbance, no sleep at all. No space for car parking after two buses come with students. Hot water came after informed reception only

Rooms were just average. There were no fans. No restorent. Breakfast was to be available in hotel whereas we had to walk around 500 mtrs to another location and b/fast was not good at all. Overall, it was a bad experience

Location is good but there was no hot water, pillows were stinking, cleaning needs to be done. Water was disconnected for hours. One room tap was leaking throughout my stay

It was a very bad experience with lumino karthik due to the reasons below : 1. There was no power back up or dg due to which lot of time we had to stay in the dark. 2. There were no geysers or if it was there it was a faulty one and hence throughout the 3 days we had to bathe in chilled water. Unfortunately it was with both the rooms we availed. 3. We had the booking with breakfast with the hotel, which had claimed it has an inhouse restaurant. However, upon reaching, we got to know that there is no in-house restaurant.

The property location is good. But in property, tv is not working after multiple times complaining also not rectified. Some days they are not provided hot water property. I won't recommend this hotel to my friends.

There is no socket for charging and no storage in room for our luggage, two single bed both are uneven and getting bad smell in room.

Budget hotel for normal stay

Nice place, near to main centre. Booked two rooms for 5 members and 2 children. One room was spacious and 2nd ok. During booking mm t assured for extra bedding, but hotel staff denied. Had to pay extra for one bed, even though booked for every members. I knew hotel staff is taking extra money, but i was not in mood of fighting, so had to pay extra. Parking is limited for 6-7 vehicles max in front. Not recommended for breakfast since restaurant not avaialable. Rooms are ok if you are getting at budget rate.
