The stay in lake view munnar was excellent. Staffs were supportive. A resort with mountain views on both sides. Neat and clean rooms. Also they had provided me an upgrade in room type for free. Ample car parking space. Good food. Calm and quiet environment for a cool leisure.

Stay at hotel was awesome. Front desk staff was very polite. Mountain view from room was awesome. Restaurant staff was very helpful he keeps on smiling. Overall stay was lovely. This hotel deserve 5 star

Except food and hospitality other thing is good

Room and infrastructure are good, being vegetarian i don’t like food (even cost is very high)and staff have to improve hospitality, recieve guest with proper guidance (didn’t called till reach there)they treating guest everything on money point of view.

first of all I like the environment of the resort It is so peaceful & incredible especially the pool view was so amazing. If there is anything beyond excellent and exceptional in terms of service, hospitality, cleanliness, hygiene and support- that’s nothing but lakeview resort. I stayed here for 2nights during october end -right from the checkin till check out my experience was amazing. Resort had very good views, the rooms were ultra clean and luxurious too - i took deluxe room for 1night, to my surprise they were excellent too. The staff were super duper amazing, they were so supportive and friendly nice that you would feel as if you are home and being pampered. I had breakfast and dinner for both days and the food was well cooked and served hot. Their buffet breakfast is value for money with wide variety of dishes! i still cherish the moments i had spent in this place. If you are looking for hassle free, calm and comfortable place then this is it! i’ll definitely recommend for anyone who’s visiting munnar to stay here. Macofa chocolate factory is very very near btw

The stay at the lake view resort was wonderful. The resort is situated at a peaceful location with all the facilities available at nearby location. Excellent service provided by the staff. The food is also very tasty.

The stay was good. Especially the room and accessories. The room was very clean and everything was ready. We were all impressed by the behavior of the staff at the resort. Although the view from the balcony in the room we took was poor but we were very pleased with the behavior of the staff and the facilities in the room.

The resort is firstly located at a very steep location, they do nit have lift and you have to climb a lot to reach your rooms. The food was disgusting as well! will surely not recommend this hotel again. The bed seem to have bedbugs and not all the amenities were provided in the room every-time had to call and ask for things! worst experience ever!

Munnar is 14 kms away, from this place, if you don't have any vehicle u are stuck in this place, which has only a pool that's it.

The experience of munnar got better with this property, as it was near to many tourist attractions. I was shifted to premium rooms due to non availability of the standard rooms which made the stay worth it. The staff are really helpful here. Cleaned the pool in time and had a great breakfast. The food we ordered for dinner was average,
