Location: not that great, but will do. However, access to outside food is a hige problem. Food: bad. We were overcharged for a 'buffet' which was honestly just a thali. Breakfast was terrible room: decent, but there is a common hall on every floor that has the entrance to rooms. The hall was very noisy with unruly guests making loud noises. Way better hotels at this price. No room service - this is a serious concern. With the location being inaccessible and no restaurants around, we had to wait for dinner time to eat. Kept hungry after our arrival for more than 3 hrs

It is an average staycation. Rooms and other facilities are okay. The breakfast area above is very congested, expect more space and service.

The property is very nice located at a silent area anachal munnar but the only problem is the way from anachal to the property is horrible full of path holes. Rooms are well maintained. Specially balcony view is superb from the room. Complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark otherwise, overall is a budget super property.

Nice surrounding and good people. Outdoor view is perfect for couple and group. Not so good for family as they can’t go to market by walk because of street light. Please avoid breakfast in hotel.

I stayed with my family for a day the biggeet con is that there is no food in the hotel. No tea coffee anything you will get. For dinner or lunch you have take from out side. only breakfast the provide if you opt in advance.

Munnar town 20 min away, worth every penny.

Last 1. 5km road to the hotel is little rough but manageable. Property is very good, surrounded with nature, breakfast was nice, view was very satisfying, manager was fabulous, attended us promptly, spacious & clean rooms, made our stay pleasent.

Although it was very outside of city but very silent place. It was a very precious place in the given amount. Service was excellent. Host was very friendly. We were very surprised to know that breakfast was complimentary despite i didnt choose for breakfast. Overall wonderful experience.

Had a great stay. Rooms are quite spacious. The owner was very hospitable and friendly and they even speak hindi. Breakfast was provided free of charge, authentic south indian food, which was very lovely.

The resort is away from munnar. Since the altitude is lower the weather is average. The hotel is surrounded by rich vegetation and peaceful.

Pathetic and horrible service. Dont get fooled by the treebo name on this property. There is no room service. No one to entertain your requests. There is only one caretaker who is always busy doing other things. The hotel is not worth even for 1000 rupees per night.

If not for the caretaker murali, i would have given 2 stars for the hotel. The drive to the hotel is horrible so unless you have a vehicle with good ground don't choose this. Food was homemade and teat e was good. But only breakfast is available. They should not call this a 3-star hotel. If you play less than 2k per room then it is value for money. Otherwise it is not.

Very good stay nice place nice ambience excellent balcony view and friendly hotel management especially murali chettan such a nice person
