Good but I Am not happy with the hotel service

Safe location but the service was not proper, cleanliness was well maintained. I was expecting a better stay according to the amount I paid for my stay. The room I stayed in was neat and clean, spacious as well. The staff at the hotel was unprofessional. There is no facility for food in the hotel, I have to go outside for food at nearby hotels. Good location.
