Letdown and disappointed

This is a new property just 9 months old but has a lot of issues. At this property if here is a power failure tap water stops because it's powered by a motor and they have to power backup or generator. There was a power failure at 11 pm and till 10 am there was no water no light and it was pitch dark. The linen was average. I understand that this is not a hotel and will not have the same comfort but running tap water is a basic need and needs to be addressed by the owner.
