The hotel was amazing. Good location. Great staff. Good rooms and clean rooms with geyser and heater facility.

Fantastic view from hotel with lovely accomodation and very good food. Overall wonderful experience in the hotel. But the view from hotel balcony was marvellous.

Family room without fan, curtains are dirty. Overall stay was not well. Food taste was hell. And price r expensive

The room was smelly. Blanket was dirty and smelly. Only good thing is that it is very close to the mall road and bus stand. The receptionist guy is polite and gentle.

My experience during the stay was very nice. I stayed for 2 nights. Hotel is nearby The Mall road and reaching hotel by own vehicle is very convenient. Safe parking facility and polite staff. View from hotel is good and outside sitting area with swings for children also there. Food is good but quantity is not that much. 1 full rice is not enough for 1 person and I ordered shahi paneer but its texture and colour was not at all like shahi paneer, tea was good. One thing hotel can improve is that wifi facility can be added in amenities. Overall it was good experience here. Looking to stay in future trips. Thank You

Hotel himalayan club is very good hotel. Nice. And tidy. Cleanliness is good. A little maintainence is needed of door and windows. Rest everything is good. Service and hotel staff is also very cooperative. Will visit my next stay to this hotel definitely.

The best part of the stay is well-behaved and efficient staff of the hotel who are always there to assist you. Maybe it is nurtured by management as the owner was also very grounded. Still mesmerizing the breath-taking view of kumaran hills from your room. Highly recommend to have food from their own kitchen which was finger licking good. A perfect gateway to get your body and soul rejuvenated.

The geyser were not working, bed was too small, non responsive staff. My holiday is ruined because of say in himalayan club.

The stay was very good i don't know why there is so much negative comment about staff. Staff is very supportive i would recommend everyone to take this place mall road is 5 min walking and you can take rented scooty from near by hotel and go all the places like danaulty, kempty fall, santula devi temple. Hotel staff are very supportive for arranging cab as well. I will give 5star for my stay

No power backup even mentioned in amenites, nothing that you expect in a hotel room will be given to you. Just a plain simple room and terrible service.
