It's a good property to stay with extremely helpful and courteous hotel staff. The location is also fantastic, just half a minute walk from mall road. But, the place is a little old and overall maintenance could be better.

The stay was good, the property is well maintained, food is tasty. Good property for family people. Washrooms need a little change in design, otherwise everything was good.

The stay at hotel phoenix was wonderful. The food was good and the staff was courteous. The hotel was comfortable and the view from the hotel was exquisite. The booking experience via makemytrip was seamless. Thank you for making our trip memorable.

The location of the hotel was good as it is close to the mall road. We have to take a descent from mall road and road leading to hotel is a bit narrow and bad. We had taken 3 rooms. Rooms were basic and had some issues related to geyser and water flow. So had to use other rooms shower. Breakfast was limited and tasty. Views from rooms were good. So for a short trip can be looked

Our check in time was 12 pm but as our train arrived early in the morning, the hotel allowed us to check in at 8 pm. Also the reception guy was very supportive he has arranged a cab for us as well. Room and bathroom was clean.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Approach road of hotel needs to be reformed for better convienance

It was nice and beautiful hotel with good view of valley. The food was also good. I loved the hotel. Only the check in time is too late as 2 pm.

Except the location the hotel stay was wonderful and the view from the room was amazing. I would like to recommend this hotel for each family to make the trip memorable.
