Tap was broken. They told me that dormatory was available for the driver while making booking but nothing was provided. They did not even offered a hygienic toilet to the driver.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Extended my stay by two days. They accommodated us with a great studio room that had a beautiful valley view with balcony. Staff was very polite and helpful, specially mr. Bhaskar and mr. Vineet. Great breakfast buffet and room service was quick. I will be coming back to stay at this amazing place in mussoorie.

Stay was excellent. Not very far from mall road around 1-2km. Rooms were clean and cleaned very day stayed there for 3 days. Receptionist rahul nautiyal was very helpful and guided well for sightseeing, cab booking and scooty booking. Durgesh nautiyal chief hotel staff was very helpful in picking up best dishes and overall mussorie places. Overall it was value for money deal

Excellent stay, courteous staff, warm stay. One must stay here for a nice private experience. Good for family and couples we had a lovely stay at skylark, the staff, and location are very good. Hygienic and beautiful property. Must stay for family and couples. It is closer to everything as well.

No hot water facility provided the drinking water was not even a litre for a person room was smelling the staff was very rude hotel restaurant doesn't provide good food

Our stay here has been just lovely. Very helpful and supportive staff. Super speedy service. Everyone has been very polite with us. Food has been amazing. Kudos to restraint staff especially durgesh nautiyal. We will be visiting again very soon !
