Avoid sunny cot hotel in mussoorie at all costs! the receptionist was incredibly rude and made our stay a nightmare. Unfriendly and unhelpful, they seemed completely uninterested in making us feel welcome. The room was just okay, but the terrible service made it hard to enjoy. Definitely not worth the money. 1/10 would not recommend

Very cosy stay and very humble staff and supportive must visit here and here at sunny cot view room is superb i would recommend everyone to must keep it at first choice

It was a pleasant experience. I found the hotel staff and manager(mr rana) very humble and helpful. Room was well-maintained and food was also good.

The place is very cosy and peaceful to stay.. very comfortable rooms, food is very tasty👌👌 all staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good experience staying here

Room is not proper cleand, hotel location is not good, very bad experience about hotel food and not worth it (excutive room) in this price, i dont want again visit in this hotel

The stay wasn’t Comfortable as I find things unhygienic and discomforting. One 500ml water bottle for a three days stay….really? The blankets provided were having bad odour and so as the pillows. The staff looked like ….haven’t showed for days….! I forced myself to check out one day before thus forfeiting my one day extra stay because of the above. The room allocated to me earlier was near the exit and pantry side (I paid extra to get a room away from noise). Not clicked any pics of the room or hotel hence sharing just one pic three times clicked from the terrace of the property.

Sunny cottage location is above 250 meters height from the parking area. Difficult to reach with luggage. Owner behaviour is non cooperative about this problem. Only bike/scooter is approached towards hotels. Rooms are below the average deluxe room. Not value for money. Provide breakfast which also not delicious. Room service is average. Hotel is not impressive

Car did nor reach int-he hotel. Hotal parking outside. They take extra parking charges. I m include extra person charges but adjust in one bad

Rooms are nice but your cars n taxi not allowed upto hotel you hv to carry your luggage till hotel. However car was given from hotel side but only once in our 3 days stays. But stay was good. Clean hotels n very nice break fast. Other than location everything was nice

We have not got the executive room as booked, got standard room. No water, tea bags in room. The room was ok. Car doesn't reach the hotel. There is no facility to bring luggage to the hotel from the mall road. The approach to the hotel is very bad
