The hotel's location is extremely inconvenient with no access to transportation options. Their contact number provided by mm t was incorrect, making communication difficult. The room lacked basic amenities such as a fan, ac, towels, mirror, kettle, and even a landline phone.

Challenging Access and Average Stay

Reaching the hotel was a significant hassle as taxis and rickshaws are not allowed on the road leading to it. I had to walk 800 meters with my luggage, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel itself is quite average; the room was nothing special and did not make up for the difficult journey. Overall, the experience was far from ideal due to the challenging access and mediocre accommodations.

First of all this is a below average low quality hotel in mussoorie. Prices of food is set high. Don't expect any facility other than a basic room for your stay.

Its very tough to find, not gd for family, u need to walk too down to reach there, not neat and clean, they are only gd at picture, though staff behaviour is gd,

The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive, but the property is definitely not worth it. Very basic small room with no amenities except geyser. The bathroom door was not getting locked. I had to ask to change the room and even the changed room was not that good. The staff helped with everything they could but it was definitely not worth it.

Hotel should not be registered on mmt. Bad locality, no views and poor accommodation. Hotel needs revamp and hell lot of renovations and improvements.

No one attends calls after a paid booking for help regarding location etc there are two ways to reach out to the hotel, one is only for walking and quite steep. There is no where written treebo. Also people should know that at certain hours the taxi does not go till the location, so we ended up pulling our luggage. The rooms with small balcony have a good view. Room heaters were not available as temp dips at night. On a paid booking dinner was not available on the evening we reached. But there was a guy called maratha who was a great help through out so my thanks to him.

It took me 1 hour to reach hotel as no one knows it by this name, location sent was not accurate, newly built as told on portal was totally fake. It was one of the oldest heritage. Reviews posted before appear to be fake. My car reached hotel only by god's grace and local peoples help. Parking only for scooters. No one dared to ask for another paratha after serving one(i opted for breakfast inclusive)my worst experience on mmt. Even the 8x8 lobby was elongated to a big grand one by using camera editing.

Cleanliness is a top priority for me when choosing a hotel, and its y by treebo peak view exceeded my expectations. Our room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff was attentive to our needs throughout our stay.

It was an excellent stay in the hotel. The staff was very courteous and professional. Every request was done at time and very humbly. Rooms are beautiful and clean and the food will give you the warmth of your home. Would definitely love to visit again.

The property was just amazing. There was complete privacy and all amenities were there. Anything you want it will be provided to you. The caretaker was so understanding. Just they had an outdated television but that doesn’t matter because we really didn’t had time to watch that. Rest i would recommend everyone to visit.
