The room is not clean enough, having issues in the bathroom exhaust, breakfast is good. The location is A-ok as it is near the mall road. And there is not much hill view.

I recently stayed at the Midtown Hotel, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to explore local attractions, dining, and shopping. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from my room was stunning, offering a great glimpse of the city skyline. No car parking at hotel, hotel needs maintenance. No fan working, no tv remote working, no landline working, they charge 500 rupees for their own parking.

Pathetic and yuk h experience faced at this property. The house keeping staff are so unprofessional and zero service ethics. The reception girl was new so didn't knew anything. Moreover no car parking near by all u need to go 1 km far to municipal parking and come from there.

Staff is not at all cooperative rooms conditions were very bad pictures have shown something else and the reality is worst. They have not mentioned anywhere that the parking is not available at hotel but when you will reach there they will say do whatever you want to do we can’t provide parking nor the refund. Management is also very rude and arrogant they react in a way stay here or not is your choice we got our money now we don’t care. Even the corridors are full cigarette smell and when we have requested so clean it the staff said we can’t help it. Worst experience i had with even they are not helpful enough, they promised to refund the parking amount immediately and still not do so. I will never recommend the further commitments with them

The stay was comfortable. The hotel is located very close to the picture palace. Staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a decent variety and it tasted so well.

The room interior was good but you have to work on your food menu and taste. You will have to give some training to your chefs to enhance the food's taste.
