Good location, waterfall of jharipani is just 1. 6 km away from hotel. Hotel is well maintained and staffs were kind.

We had really great time at jharipani. It is very peaceful and clean property. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent. I ll certainly be staying here again.

Jharipani not worth it

Overhyped, overpriced property. Taxi to mall road is minimum 600 one way. Rooms although clean, aren't worth. No fridge, ac wasn't working, small as compared to similar rooms available in mussoorie. Although the staff in general is polite, the manager cum caretaker is on the arrogant, hot headed side. Breakfast provided was also very mediocre. No fruits, cornflakes etc, limited 2, 3 options. A simple request to "grill the sandwiches" was twice coldly & abruptly turned down by the manager first by saying, "this is the menu today, and secondly "we don't have a direct kitchen". Although the breakfast was being served from their own restaurant, located inside their property. Visit only if you have company, or are ok with just lazing around the whole day with extremely mediocre and overpriced food.

The property is really nice with breathtaking views. Every room comes with a view and a nice interior. I booked a deluxe santorini room, which is amazing and offers privacy as well. The property is well maintained however, it is overpriced. Food options are limited and taste is average. The service is really nice and the stay is peaceful. Adjacent to it is the 19th century cafe, which is a must visit for its finger licking food and breathtaking views. Overall an amazing experience.

Jharipani castle exceeded all our expectations. Mr. Hasan contacted us prior to arrival, confirmed time for check-in, since we were arriving late night he kept waiting for us and kept food ready. The ambience of jharipani castle is 10/10. Set atop hills, the property overlooks city of dehradun. The early morning and late night views are a sight to behold. The food is great although a little expensive. The location is fairly accessible to dehradun, mussoorie and landour. We personally loved the property so much that we extended our stay. Looking forward to coming back here again!

It was an amazing experience in staying at jharipani castle. The property and it's cafe was well maintained with mesmerizing view. I booked a semi deluxe room and the room was very small with no extra space, its not worth as per the price charged for this room. But the overall experience was good in terms of food, hospitality and cleanliness.
