Hotel is very small and not same as shown in pics. Bed sheets has holes and smelly room of cigarettes. Shown in mussorie but it is in some street where is all house and no mountain view. Very very expensive but didn’t look like that. Worst experience and very bad trip. When i want to cancel by booking they denied my request and my money is wasted.

It’s okay. The service is good, however there was no AC or windows. The bathroom is also just okay. Be careful at the time of billing, they added additions items in my food bill, luckily I saw and got it corrected.

That property is in very interior. Difficult to find on gmap. Staff is not cooperative. Bathroom is very small even bucket and mug not available staff is not cooperative. Very expensive hotel in comparison to its location.

Bad hotel, no ac room. We have booked room in block a at 6k per day, but room were non ac. Very pathetic hotel. Breakfast was generic. Its not 4 star hotel but mat call it 1 star hotel or 2 star resorts.

The food was very good. Terrace restaurant was simply amazing especially at night. The hospitality and staff is also very nice. Overall it has been a good stay.

Very nice neat and clean rooms. I opted for balcony view. Staff is very friendly. 10 min from mall r oad. Scooty is available for rent. Breakfast buffet was nice but can add more items.

Small but clean rooms. Staff was courteous. A special mention of the restaurant manager to be able to cater to the guests in a very nice way. Also, a special mention of mr. Vinod who was very polite and managed our stay in a brilliant manner.

While the street leading to the hotel is small but once you enter every thing and all the facilities are grand and classy.

Beautiful property, all the amenities are 5 star based . The restaurant is very pretty and ambience is good. The upcoming building rooms are very pretty and can beat any 5star rooms . Food is excellent, I ordered kebabs and they were very tasty. Staff is polite. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool which is very good winters

The property is beautifully designed and has a heated swimming pool, the location is before mall road, so its easy to access it even during peak hours, the staff is very cooperative and the food is very tasty. Would recommend to all the people who are looking for a 4 star hotel under budget.

Hotel interior and breakfast was very good. When visit this location then there is construction work surrounding which gives us problems and their restaurant is also in development stage. Overall stay was good but if you want good mountain view or hotel in main area then its not recommended.

At first when we booked the hotel we were not sure about it. But when we reached there and see through our eyes the room was in excellent condition. The hotel staff was very nice. We booked a normal view room but when we insisted they gave us the room of our choice which has a river view. The breakfast was not complimentry as we forgot to add it but it was not expensive even. Overall the stay was very good. Staff was very helpful as well.
