Pathetic room, un-cooperative staff, smelly and broken bathrooms, tripping lights all the time, checkout in 15 min of check in. Bad view, unhygienic room. Complete wastage of money.

Good experience. Location is good but the cabs other than local cabs are not allowed on mall road and need to walk down to the hotel

The hotel location is abysmal. The name mentions mall road but is not on mall road. You have to get down steep slopes to reach it. The entrance road is filthy. The name of the hotel is west-end which is different from what is mentioned in make-my trip. This makes it difficult to ask people and locate this place. The room was dirty to say the least. I have stayed in multiple hill stations in india. Never stayed in such a place. I skipped my last day booking without refund and left. Please be very careful about booking such a place

The stay didn't had few basic ammentities, we asked for room heater which was later arranged but wasn't in a working condition, then the cleanness was average in the room, breakfast took a hell lot of time to come, they didn't had a buffet facility had to call and order which took ages to come to the room and also with very limited option, if the property is listed in premium or boutique category, this is not the service we expect.
