Everything was perfect but rooms size is small, rest everything is perfect. Food was nice and washrooms were clean. Heater was also provided.

My experience is overall everything is too good hotel rooms cleaning washroom lights every thing and the special one is the management accountants whatever him behaviour is soo so nice and helpful that is the main good thing is in hotel.

Rooms were clean especially washrooms, staff behaviour excellent, specially vimal ji in reception, food were good and services prompt. Would recommend others for a perfect stay in mussoorie cause of the accessibility and amenities

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to mussoorie and were thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were far too small and lacked any proper view, making the stay feel cramped and unappealing. To make matters worse, the bedsheets were torn, which reflected poorly on the maintenance and cleanliness of the property. This place is definitely not recommended for those looking to enjoy the property itself. It’s overpriced for the size and quality of the rooms. While the food was decent, and the room service was good, these positives didn’t make up for the overall underwhelming experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything is good about this place, cooperative staff and great food but the only problem is the lack of parking, be prepared to pay extra for parking.

The hotel is walking distance to the mall road. The room decor and ambience is top notch at the price paid. The staffs were very courteous and provided all services on time. Breakfast buffet was decent and the in room dining food was very good. The stay was worth all the penny spent.

Pros: 1. The room was cosy and nicely furnished. 2. The toilet was clean 3. On the tv, youtube, hotstar and ott platforms were working. 4. The food tasted really good. Cons- 1. The room was really small. 2. The road to reach the hotel was very steep. 3. The towels given were very dirty, and i did not feel like using them. 4. The hotel staff for serving and making breakfast is understaffed. Thus, it becomes difficult to serve people on time, hence and you have to wait a long time before you are served properly. 5. Also, only 1 day buffet was available, other day we have to order what we want to eat for breakfast.

The property is located in the prime location very near to the mall road. The room and the ambience was top notch in accordance with the price of the rooms. The staffs are very courteous and prompt to provide service. All together we had a very good stay.

It was hassle free and relaxed stay over here but the road is too steep which may take your breath away. Other than that staff was helpful and rooms where good.

The room was near to the reception. It was smaller than in the pictures. Manager said it is just the picture. Hygienic, clean. Heater was taking too much to heat up
