Location of this property is excellent, 2 min walk from mall road. Breath taking view from the hotel. Now let's talk about the hotel. This property is on lease, you will feel like staying in a government property. Very bad service, not at all maintaining the rooms, expensive food. Don't justify the charges they are asking for stay.

Thanks make my trip for making booking hotel a seamless experience. Hotel grand valley mussoorie was far from what we have imagined. Amazing hotel with the most amazing and serene views. Staff were also good.

door step not working.Toilet door कुंडी not proper means while closing fro. near side cut on finger was made.Room. No.405 Reached at property in Midnight 22nd March 2024 .Checkout on 23rd March 2024 though booked till 24th March 2024

Rooms were smelly flush was not working properly you have to walk 200m from mall road with your luggage to reach hotel

I found the easily property because property manager are very helpful with us when are 2 km far from mussoorie we contact him they provide full direction about property. It's very near by to mall road 2 minutes walking distance only from famous chick chocolate on mall road. Neat and clean room, bathrooms, bed sheet are also new. We are reccamwnded to grand valley mussoorie and very thanks to hotel team
