Hotel is located at library chowk. No hotel parking available however its ok considering the location. It is just next to mall road, easy walk. Hotel has well maintained rooms and room heater facility is provided by hotel. Hotel has its own restaurant. Good food and good nearby place for shopping. Hotel staff is well mannered and help whenever needed. Overall excellent stay.

Room interior was very good as pictures given on mmp. Room was clean, spacious with a perfect view. Staff was very cooperative and quick in service. Overall we were satisfied with the services

No self parking in hotel. Heater problem in winter. Food is ok. Location is good. Cleanness is ok. In this hotel you are looking for luxury then you will be disappointed it's just like any normal hotel. But the location is key. Dine

The stay was wonderful. Location wise and price wise the hotel was totally worth it. Food was good although they have very basic items in complimentary breakfast. All items like sandwiches and maggi are not. It ranges from bread omlette to poha and puri. It could be improved secondly, if they had a person to help us with the luggage which checking in and out, it would have been wonderful. And lastly the washroom shower area cleaning was not upto the mark. Cleaning everywhere else was perfect. Just the shower area was not cleaned properly. Everything else was perfect. Room had wonderful view. Cooking was great. Service was very cordial and friendly. I would love to visit again.

Room at check in was not ready. There were shoemarks on the floor. Bathroom wasn't up to the mark and cleaning and room service was pathetic and staff was average in hospitality.

Stay was wonderful, hotel staff was very cooperative even they allowed us to check in early and stay back in hotel after we check out. We could rest for sometime in a room. I would recommend this hotel to everyone because this is right on the library chowk and very easy to approach. All the basic amenities like cabs, restaurants are nearby.

The rooms were very good. The overall ambience of the hotel was good. Location is perfect. Food was sumptuous. I appreciate the hospitality extended by the staff.

Not a pleasant experience

1) they don’t have clean bed sheets and pillow covers when complained he brought another lot which was just as useless as the first. In 4th time we could spot a reasonably clean sheet. What was sad was the attempt of the hotel staff trying to convince us that the sheets are clean. When we showed them the sports they said - itna to Hoga he 2) you keep asking them to put ginger in tea they don’t care 3) they have installed window ac that too at a place the curtain can’t be drawn. By 6 am the light from the window forces you to be wide awake 4) the soap provided in the bathroom is very poor quality 5) Saw a bed bug this morning lucky to be not bitten by one 6) when we went to the restaurant in the morning the waiter there didn’t care to note down our order and came back twice to ask what we had ordered. Then after 10 minutes, he realized that what we had ordered cannot be prepared because the staff is on a holiday. When asked for a grilled sandwich he forgot to grill it. Most of the things on the menu were not available. The service was so slow that we felt that the same guy taking orders then going in preparing and then serving us. The omelet was definitely not worth the price however the parathas what decent to taste. All in all we’re not coming back here ever
