Wonderful stay!

Very good hotel and good value for money. Centrally located near mall road. Staff are very courteous and helpful, although i wish they knew more about local sightseeing spots and placed to visit. They help with arranging transport and are reasonably priced. Rooms are well kept and clean. Restaurant is good with nice ambience.

Missing amenities

Property doesn't have a swimming pool. The rooms are very small. Food is good and staff very good rooms can be better

Decent stay. Not worth the money

Location is decent and a bit far from mall road. Their staff behaviour was okay but not that great. Hi tea was very bad no taste.

Locationwise difficult to reach they promised shuttle service to the mall but reluctantly drop halfway on the hill and shuttle services are not available on weekends. I don’t recommend this hotel for senior citizens. Manager of restaurant needs lots of training in behaviour issues. Food otherwise was very good. Staff at reception of hotel is not trained professionally.

Good hotel love to stay at the hotel on 13 to 15 august 24 with my wife and daughter in delux room the room was very neat and clean the staff is very good every time they see you they greet you the food is very good you love the taste, especially dal panchrattan the property a bit far from mall road but the hotel provides pick and drop facility to nearby mall road

We had booked here for 4 nights but it is the worst hotel ever, rooms are atmost in worst conditions, rats are found in the room , there was so much waiting for dinner.. need the full refund for rest of 3 nights..

Location of property is very good with city view and the forest views. The ambience of the hotel is very good and the staff has been courteous, food had been very good. Should have a better food menu. The high tea concept is very nice and a time to spend good family time after site seeing.

The stay was so comfortable here, we are contemplating booking them again in near future. Welcome drink of rhododendron juice was refreshing. They had upgraded us to a suite which had the best view of the city and gorgeous view of sunrise from the bed. Another feel good factor was the sweet gesture of parting gift while checking out. Staffs need special mention there are utkarsh at front desk, sanjana and paradip in the restaurant.

It was good experience to stay at oasis. The hotel is located far from mall road. There was traffic jams of aprox. 45-60 mins in the near by road of hotel.

Hotel is far away from mall road and breakfast is repeated daily almost and after 10 p. M. U r stuck in hotel if u want to go somewhere u r not able to go outside

Wonderful stay at oasis with family and friends

The rooms in the hotel are very nice and spacious and at per with any 5 start property. The staff are very courteous and always eager to help. Over all a nice stay. They provide pick up and drop service till paid parking which is at the bottom of the hill near library chowk.
