It's a nice neat and clean property. The staff was very cooperative and humble. With given conveyance from the hotel, it's a 5 mins distance to mall road. We had a nice stay at this hotel.

Stay was normal but they not give us corner best viwe room. Rooms are small in size, no medical kit in hotel. Food is over praised, no dryer even in suits

I won't recommend staying at this hotel to any of my closed ones after the terrible experience i had with the mangement. The quilt was already burned with cig buds me and my friend who were staying do not smoke and same was verified by the hotel themselves as they couldn't find a single bud in the room yet they compelled us to make an extra payment for the damages which we didn't cause. The most disgusting part about the whole was that how could they blame us for it? the entire management was included from the room service person to the manager i am writing this review for the wholesome reason that this should not happen with any other guest, specially a couple to spoil their trip and experience.

Rooms were nice and clean as expected for a 4-star hotel. However, food was not up to the mark. Taste was ok but there was less variety of food, especially dinner. The worst part was getting to the hotel. You need to climb a very steep slope to get to it. Staff members were well behaved but didn't like the service. Overall not satisfied with the stay.

Disappointing stay at ahr notating hills

Our recent stay here left much to be desired. Despite booking a non-view room, we were unpleasantly surprised to find ourselves in what can only be described as an attached annex to a larger room, complete with an unmentioned dividing door. The misleading photos only added to our disappointment. The room itself was tiny, with poorly positioned furniture that made it feel even more cramped. While the food was passable, the overall experience was marred by indifferent receptionist service, particularly disheartening given our prepaid arrangement. Although the staff, aside from the receptionist, were adequate, the lack of attention to detail and transparency about the room setup left a sour taste in our mouths. Overall, our stay fell short of expectations, and we would hesitate to recommend to fellow travelers.

Rooms are good the hotel reception and rooms are at steep slope, which could be an issue for elderly people. The room services was totally messed up, order came after an hour and placing order via room service itself was a hassle. Food is ok, very oily, breakfast spread was good but not very tasty. But staff is cooperative and hard working, rooms are spacious, washrooms are clean. Hotel is at 5 mins walk from mall road. The service n food taste really needs to improve.

Hotel stay experience was very good. Room was very neat and clean with good valley view. Staffs were very cooperative and responsive. Food is also tasty. Only thing is the entrance is very steep which they are providing pick up drop from 8-8, which i feel should be extended. Overall experience is very good.

There was no board on the hotel which called out the name of the hotel and we had to go around 3-4 times to finally get to the hotel. There was nobody available to properly guide us to the hotel. Additionally, when we went out during the day, we requested the receptionist to get the room cleaned but when we returned the room was still in a mess and nobody had cleaned it
