There's nothing like breakfast. They just get the food from some outside vendor and give it to you as breakfast. The rooms are as small as a matchbox. There are persistent water supply and plumbing issues as well as. And also, there's no lift to go to the 2nd or 3rd floor. The lobbies are dingy and quite stinky. The street and the chowk is just at the front, and the honking vehicles make u go mad for the whole day.

Very bad experience, i was totally surprised when i entered to the property. Hotel team room cleaning breakfast service, outsource from local thela walla.

we are their as a couple… we found very safe due to friendly staff.... clean and hygienic rooms ... food was also delicious.. very close to railway station means it is situated center of the city. I can say this is best couple hotel of the city..we will visit again definately there.. recommended to all....

That hotel is very poor. It is not a professional hotel. Staffs were not professional. It is not looking safe for girls. Hotel room was unhygienic so, she didn't stayed there.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. Facilities, swimming pool were renovated and good looking rooms. There was a manager that helped to serve us. He was very helpful and polite.

No towels dental kit shaving kit bathing products were provided. Even i doubt they hv camera installed.
