The manager didn't extend the stay even for one hour. Even for one hour they were asking for full day charges. I asked them to take some charge and extend it for one hour they refused and said i need to pay for whole day.

Every thing is bad & poor. Bathroom all equipment are damage & need for replying, that was totally bad experience.

Bhot bekar hai hotel na wifi ka password mil a na menu card mil a na service achha hai bathroom sabse ghatiya hai totli aapka paisa bekar ho jayega so please koi book na kare

Very poor service by the staffs…food wuality below average…deluvery time for room dining service is too much delayed and lethargic approach by the staff as well as management

Nice hotel located just near railway station. Food preparation is also good. Value for money. The biryani was awesome.

Trip was fine. Hotel is at right location nearby railway station. Room is neat and clean, bathroom was not up to the mark. However staff were cooperative. Price was affordable. Breakfast was below average only few options available. Dinner was awesome.

I have booked a super delux room but they tried to fool me by giving me delux room and when i asked him they started arguing and making excuses then later on i insisted then they changed my room. They didn't provide me towel and many other stuff like dental kits etc which was mentioned and not only that i had a pure booked breakfast in that hotel but they didnt provide me the breakfast i called him at-least 7-8 times but they told me to wait for 5 minutes every-time i called this goes on like 3 to 4 hours. Lastly i left the hotel. Very bad experience unethical staff and poor management

Neat and clean. Professional hotel. They provide a good breakfast. Located at the heart of the city easily accessible.

The condition of the room & washroom was very poor, shower of the washroom was not working & complained twice but not resolved then room has been changed. I have requested his manager that i will check out @ 2pm due to my prayer on friday & he agreed for the same but his receptionist started shouting that you have to pay additional charges for 2 hrs. Then i called his manager & spoken with him for that. If the behaviour of the employee is so bad then how can the guests stay. For complimentary water which hotel provides usually, they have charged the same on my bill.

Good location to stay. Service was very good. Need & clean. Wifi is not up to the mark. Food was very good but compare to near by location it's little bit higher side

Rooms was okay, geaser was not working, staff were very nice. Food price was high. Overall good. Very near to railway station, walking distance 1 minutes. Don't take riksa to reach hotel. Outside have one very low price but quality food hotel.
