The room was not properly cleaned and it seemed like it had been not open for ages the bathroom became a swimming pool as the water pipe had some issues

Good staff behaviour and nicely located where there is no problem of local transport. A bakery in the ground floor where one can sit and chill! overall a nice stay

Worst hotel

Room service is pathetic, staffs are not properly trained, they even don't have proper dress and shoes. Hotel got tie up with another hotel and they are providing all staff from that hotel.

Not worth as per price

Actually this not a hotel you can say it is a motel beside a highway. Some rooms have been constructed over a shopping complex without any planning. There is no lift and restaurant. For breakfast you have to go another hotel nearby. Only the room size is good and clean but no other amenities and services are available. Breakfast quality is also not up to mark.

Good but lift not available

Everything was good, but elevator service should be definitely available for a Hotel at this price, fortunately I didn't have a heavy luggage, but that would have become a problem.

Front office staff not cooperative

The staff did not cooperate on certain issues despite being requested. Poor Hindi communication skills make things worse. Also, found a dead lizard in the washroom which was cleared after I informed them. It was not a major issue for me but the attitude of the front desk staff could have been much better. Never gone stay again. Thanks.

Staff behaviour and service very poor

Pathetic the amount they charge is huge if compared to the services they provide, I had to carry my luggage to through room the reception guy was very arrogant and rude the sleeping space for the driver was worse.

Good Hotel at decent price

The room was clean, staff was cooperative and the location is also perfect. The best part was their food, be it breakfast, lunch or dinner. Would love to book it again.

Very basic Hotel

Room was not that good. Housekeeping staff needs training. Breakfast served in different building where you need come out of the hotel and climb up to 1st floor of other building to have your breakfast.

Normal and lethargic staff with good property

Good location. Staff was minimal. Dish tv was not working when we checked in. They replaced it's card and started dish TV. Next morning again, dish TV was not paid by hotel. Complained to housekeeping and reception twice but no one came to charge dish TV, lot of mosquitoes in room. Housekeeping sprayed hit but it was not sufficient quantity and nothing was done again. Housekeeping staff was lazy to deliver even water in the room. No bill was given at check Out as there was no person at reception. I stayed here earlier also but this services were poor comparatively.
