1. phones not working and even after complaining thrice, no action taken. had to literally go to restaurant and place order for dinner and breakfast. 2. ⁠very bad breakfast. all stale breads and sandwiches. no gas burners used and extremely cold buffet was served.

Property is fine, but service is not at all good. Our room lock is not working and because of that we are not able to take luggage out and this makes our flight missed. Hotel gm is not at all apologies for this and many small small things need corrections.

Very bad experience, room charge was 5800 approx and surprisingly there was no table chair in the room to have your dinner. I had to keep the food on bed and consume. Secondly washroom was dirty, flush was not working and tap was broken with low speed water. One of the most pathetic room experience as per the charge and price. Also breakfast was useless with very limited option. Will never check in again

Beds are shaky and make weird noises while sleeping if you move a bit beds will make weird noises cleanliness of the rooms is good no doubt but sleeping on bed is full of disturbance

Overall good experience. Rooms are clean but not that spacious. No table for having food in the room which was disappointing. Service is good, food quality is excellent. Hassle free check in and check out process. Buffet breakfast had pretty good options and quality is also good.

In morning got morning tea in 30 minutes after lot of argument had to bathe with cold at 9 degree celcius had to pay premium price after this got this service.

Good hotel with well appointed interiors and great service. The staff were polite and breakfast was good. They have a large parking area just opposite to the hotel with valet parking facility.
