Property close to the station, sweet staff, many restaurants near to the property. Hotel has tie ups with the tours and helped with internal travel.

The room was very bad not cleaned properly. Firstly they have denied blanket cover extra bedsheet. The receptionist's behaviour was very bad and irritating.

it was a very good place to be there. warm hospitality . very kind staff. it's actually very safe for women. actually only me & my kid gone there and my personal experience was amazing and also that was very safe stay. overall great experience 😃

Location is good. But there were some external noise whole night which was disturbing. Only positive is it is near to mysore palace.

Rooms were ok but there is no car parking. I didn’t get hot water and was asked to move to a different room for that. Location was good. Overall an average experience

In the hotel, extra beds are not provided as per ticket. Cleaning is not done for the second day.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. Overall, a great experience, and i would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers!

The room that we checked into had a lot of insects on the wall and roof. When i took up the issue with the owner, he didn't even own upto it. He was dismissive and said to use fan and good night. We checked in late at night and the window of the room was open which allowed the insects to come in. Isn't it hotel's responsibility to ensure that windows are closed and the guests don't have to stay in a room ridden with insects? the bathrooms are small. They are dingy and ridden with mold at different places. Charging so much for a night and the services are not even sub-par but inf-act harmful for the guests staying there!

The room was really in a bad condition and no hygiene was maintained. The bedsheets had a foul smell and it lacked basic amenities.

It was not a good experience during check-in time. I waited for an hour as the room was not cleaned and empty because of people already staying in that room. I even shared pictures of people cleaning the room at 1 pm
