We had booked a triple bedroom room. Only room is good. There is no other facility available. Fan has only 1 speed, no tv, no hot water, though staff are friendly, they may not be getting enough support from reception for a hospitable customer experience. The hotel really need to buck up and ensure basic necessities are fulfilled for customers. Its not just giving a room (

we checked in early for an additional charge of 800₹ got a smaller room than the 3 bedded room we had booked . we checked out more than 16-17 hours prior to check out they charged ₹20 extra for a water bottle while we waited for check out . 20₹ extra we didn’t even upgrade to the 3 bed room and checked out early rather than giving a damn water bottle complimentary they made us wait to pay ₹20 extra utterly ridiculous.

The rooms were decent. But the customer service is not the best. I had to call the reception multiple times for them to pick up the call. This happened when i called them to confirm the booking and when i needed room service.

Rooms facilities were good looking at the price range room and bathroom sizes are very congestive. Over all very near to bus stand

This is a budget friendly hotel, so don't expect much. Common area looks decent but the room is very small and the mattress and bedsheets were not that clean. You can consider it for a night stay as it is very near to the bus stand. They don't even provide a single complimentary drinking water bottle.

Stayed in the hotel on 30/10/2024. Neat and clean. But care in the reception is very poor. Even a bottle of drinking water is provided in the room. Only room is available.

During my stay at the hotel, i encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. First and foremost, the hotel did not provide a complimentary water bottle, which is generally a basic amenity offered by most establishments. Additionally, towels were not supplied, which created further inconvenience. The staff’s attitude was rather indifferent and average, showing a lack of genuine hospitality. It seemed as though they were just going through the motions without much concern for the guest’s comfort or satisfaction. The condition of the bedspread or sheets also left much to be desired. They were not fully clean, which raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. Furthermore, the sink in the bathroom was blocked, making it difficult to use and adding to the frustration. On the positive side, the room itself was decent in size and layout, but these negative aspects made it hard to fully enjoy the stay.
