We booked for 5 adults and 2 kids. They gave 2 rooms with very small beds. No proper facilities. I do not recommend going with kids to this property.

There is no shampoo provided and now hot water kettle. Room was specious. Asked 300 for 2 hours late checkout but in mm t late checkout was free. Average experience

The place is little distance 10kms away from central mysore and palace but the hotel is quiet and big rooms and neat

I booked standard non ac room, it looked very bad and bathroom had not enough space and not cleaned as well. I asked manager to provide me ac room, fortunately there was a room available and we shifted there, ac room was better than non ac but still they could have maintained well. I given 3 stars only for changing the room by manager, he was helpful. However, the rooms should be maintained well. I would have given 1star if room had not changed. Never go for non ac.

The service was very bad, as soon as we reached and wanted to take a shower we found out there is no water and we informed them they said it will come in some time. And then we ordered in room dining they gave us dirty plates and the food was bad. We had a family visitor and they didn’t allow that person even for 30 mins even after insisting that we have ordered food for them and the person at the reception was very arrogant.

After seeing thr room we decided to look for another property and didn’t even take our luggage to the room. We asked for refund but there was complete denial. In fact they were asking for additional 1000 rs on top of the amount paid to mmt.

I booked hotel a day ago and before reaching to hotel got a call that rooms are not available. Hotel called me after more than 12 hours of booking if such situation exists before they should have removed it from mm t or informed after getting the request

Hotel is good but services is bad. That is, wifi is not access-able and tv is not good. That is, suddenly tv is disconnected due to low balance. So, i recommend don't go this hotel. Budget wise is very high budget but it is good hotel. Don't waste money in this hotel.

Rooms are too small, unhygienic and are not cleaned properly. Staffs don't know proper hindi or english and i really find it hard to communicate. It's also some distance away from city centre. U can find better rooms near to city centre in a more favorable prices. That's all
