Hotel is easy reachable and staff is good, maybe they could improvise in bedsheets which should be clean and tidy.

Ac was not working and usually bathroom ventilation will be outside but here it's inside the room.

Very good maintenance. Nice room and safe. We can easily get our food. Hot water, ac, all the facilities are too good. Very much happy for that.

We didnt to stay here. No amenities, unclean, no facilities for elders. My money has to be refunded, immediately. Don't deceive customers.

It was a pathetic experience the room was like a solitary confinement without windows and ac. Make my trip should verify the pics that we view. It was not the same as the app. This will be the last time i am booking a room from you guys.

I got a terrible experience with this booking. I booked 3 ac rooms, at the time of checking from hotel they denied my ac bookings. They told they don't have any ac rooms. But in book my trip application there profile is showing air conditioned rooms. Staffs behave very rude to me. Next time onward s i will think 10 times to book a room through book my trip app. I lost trust on your application

Door latches were not working, red ants were all over the floor, no inverter at the hotel and electricity had went out in midgnight. No room service. The only thing we paid the hotel for was sleep and we didnt get it.
