Substandard room and food

We booked jp fortune as it was part of the itc brand but it clearly fails the standards. Food is bad, hospitality doesn’t exist. They will serve you food with a big grumpy face. Room standards are low as well, cleaning was not done till 5pm. I will never stay here again when in mysore.

We had booked 3 rooms including one suite. The suite room was very spacious and comfortable, whereas in the other rooms the mattress wasn't comfortable plus there was water logging in the bath area every time someone took a bath. The breakfast was fine but the quality of the dinner buffet was very poor.

Decent stay. Comfortable rooms with adequate facilities. Rates are higher due to the season and the food isn’t great. They also seem to be struggling with the volume of people especially at breakfast would have. Assumed they would have been prepared for the surge but they weren’t.

Jp fortune hotel in mysore offers a pleasant stay with clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a convenient location. However, the food quality did not meet expectations, and there is room for improvement in this area. Overall, a good choice for accommodation, but dining options could be better.

Good reward for the price paid. Pool neatly cleaned. Will really miss the variety of food stuff. XMas tree decorated wonder fully. Professional massage by experienced therapists 💐

Overall experience was good except, hotel staff did not allow dominos pizza delivery guy to come in hotel for delivery neither they arranged pickup for us. I had to go at hotel main get to get pizza, i understand they have restaurant on premises but at the end they dampened my stay experience by stopping food delivery

The amenities are good and they offer excellent food options as expected from itc properties. However, the staff could have been more friendly. I'm not saying they were rude but it was a different experience from other itc properties.

Great staff and amenities too. Overall was a great experience. One feedback though, the in room slipons were dangerously slippery.

Breakfast was good. Room was nice, clean and well maintained. Bed was sufficient for 2 adults and one kid. Swimming pool is little small but good. Nearby mysore palace

Our recent stay in j. P. Palace in mysuru was excellent. Food is very good and staff was very caring. Response time from housekeeping was very good. The club rooms are very comfortable. Overall experience: excellent

Very bad service. We were there for my daughter's birthday. Ordered the cake but didn't receive it poor ambience and food. Requested baby food for my kid. They told all the chefs are busy. Pathetic

Stay was good, booking was good, however, makemy trip was an issue in accepting the credit card payment so, i made payment through in upi, it’s good if we have options to book through credit card

The buffet or dining in the restaurant is so slow. They work with less people and if you tell anything you will receive it after a long time n small thing they will get after 2 hours rest stay was very good n food is also good
