The hotel parking in basement was sooo stinky and bad. The lift to take us from basement to reception was not working. This made us to carry the luggage via steps to reception. The room was clean. However there was no drinking water kept. There was no sanitary items like toothbrush paste etc. Normally this range of hotels do provide this. The ac was fixed at 26 degrees and the remote was not working. I would not reccomend this hotel to anyone.

Found the stay comfortable and found the staff very prompt, friendly and responsive. The location of this hotel is perfect. It is about 3km from the railway station and situated right next to kukkarahalli lake which is excellent for morning and evening walks. There's a ton of restaurant options within a km as well and one right on top of the hotel as well.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were decent sized ans had all basic facilities. Breakfast was served on request for an additional fee convenient location very close to city tata sky subscription had expired and the tv was not of use for whole stay

No chairs breakfast was served in room without chairs no glasses its not 3 star hotel but 1 star hotel with pathetic service breakfast was served from outside no restaurant open return my money

I stayed with my family for 1 night and it was horrible. First the room allocated for me had electricity issues and the mcb got tripped. Luckily it didn’t happen at middle of the night since we checked in late evening. The alternate room that they provided was not on the same floor which was the ideal requirement however we adjusted. There were no toiletries provided and they have no tea/coffee options in the room. The geyser is average and doesn’t work well. The restaurant at roof top if outsourced one so if you order food from restaurant, you will have to get cutlery from the hotel which was weird. The restaurant food was good. The room facing towards the highway will have vehicle noise even at night and disturbs sleep.

I had a stay at hotel casa meridian recently. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere. However, i did notice that some aspects could use a slight upgrade to enhance the overall experience.

Price what property is charging and services offered is no match. Its horrible. Even its not 1000 rs per night hotel. Brekafast - horrible. They offer one plate idli wada and up-ma. Tat too between 8-9 only. If coming after 9, u will not get.
