I have booked 2 individual rooms. Rooms were not upto the mark as shown in the images while booking. Some sought of odd smell was coming in the room due to using low quality of floor cleaners. But its ok for the amount they have charged for each room. My request is to charge more amount and make rooms clean

Very bad rooms, basic things like towels, bedsheets were not provided. Staff don't respond to the calls. They are least bothered about customer service. Even no water bottle was provided in the room, when we asked they are like go down and collect from next hotel i will inform.

The room was not clean and there were bed bugs found and the beds were not comfortable. Springs are gone, no proper sofa, it was broken

The most pathetic experience,. Paid for 2 rooms it wasn’t worth the money paid… the mattress pillow was so dirty, the flush wasn’t working , when we complained they said someone will come and help us out after dinner but did not show up. TV wasn’t working . AC wasn’t functioning. Totally a very bad experience

1. On entering the hotel you feel meaty smell because of same restaurant connected to main lobby. 2. Flush not working. Window seals broken so moswuitoes enter to room. Window area completely dirty not ckeaned fir months. 3. Fungus on the roof because of water leakage. 4. Synthetic bedsheet pillowcover and blanket. 5. Small cockroaches in cuboards and other places. 6. Shower is not working. 7. Door lock handle broken. 8. Zero room service for cleaning and changing the bedsheet and all. 9. No tv recharge. 10. When asked to ch-age the room other rooms are more horrible. So not reccomended for any one.

I had high hopes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was appalling. The lobby and common areas were unkempt and had an unpleasant odor. The carpets were stained and looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in ages. It was evident that the staff did not prioritize cleanliness and maintenance. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by an overwhelming musty smell that made it difficult to breathe. The linens appeared worn out and had stains on them. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with lingering dirt and hair in the corners. The overall condition of the room was subpar and far from what one would expect for the price paid. Moreover, the customer service was abysmal. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful throughout my stay. Requests for additional amenities or assistance were met with indifference or delayed responses. It felt as though the staff lacked proper training or motivation to provide satisfactory service. The hotel's amenities, as advertised, were a far cry from reality. The fitness center was poorly equipped, with broken machines and limited options. The promised high-speed internet was slow and unreliable, making it impossible to get any work done. The on-site restaurant was overpriced, and the food quality was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, the noise levels within the hotel were unacceptable. I was constantly disturbed by loud music, slamming doors, and rowdy guests, which made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. It seemed like there was no effort made to ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for guests. Overall, my experience at \[Hotel Name\] was extremely disappointing. The lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and noise issues made it clear that this hotel did not value its guests' comfort or satisfaction. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay. There are far better options available in the area that provide superior service and value for money.

After booking the hotel we had confirmed with the staff that we are going to check in late and they were okay with it but later when we arrived to the hotel they mentioned that they are out of rooms and only one room was left which they can offer and it was in very pathetic situation. The washroom was not in good condition, there were no toiletries the ac wasn’t working either and so many more. The location of the hotel was good but everything else was bad.

From the time i arrived at hotel mb hill view no rooms available then they sent us to another property from them and there by the time i got room i liked was at around 12:40 am so it took them more then two hrs to get one clean room

Those who are planning for the visit, it is my humble request and suggestion please don't waste your money on this hotel. Me being a travel person without a doubt i can say that this is the worst hotel i ever have come across in my life. We booked the hotel hoping that its in the main city and will be a good option being close to mysore palace but it turned out to be a night mare for us. The rooms were all shabby, without any amenities. Beds, wardrobe, mattresses curtains even the lock if the door was broken. Forget about toiletries they not even kept the water jugs or bottles in the room. Rooms were stinking. No food option available. Even after several requests they neither changed the room nor provided any solution to the problems.
