Overpriced for a poor cleanliness hotel. Sheets & pillows (and cases) old and stained/dirty, furniture old and stained. Room tired and shabby, bathroom unclean, filthy mirror and shower glass look like it had never been cleaned. That's without including no hot water and to ac's not working correctly (moved room as one did not work. Positives, staff friendly, restaurant good, location to place good.

Disappo8ntu g and disgusting, the hotel in at least 40 years old, very poorly managed, pathetic staff, horrible rooms,bathroom tiles are broken, wires in the floor loose, light fused, lamp loose. The list is endless,

The stay was good, staffs are gentle and considerate. Room was clean restraraunt is good and had delicious food. This hotel is recommended for the stay and the important concern is washrooms are not soo clean.

The hotel was totally different from the picture. The building is old, they don't have any mentanance, there were stains in bathroom, stains on bed, stains on sofa also. Worst experience. Whole night there was a power failure

The stay at palace plaza was nice but the washroom of the rooms were untidy. The buckets and cups were as old as mysore. We were very disappointed with the items in the bathroom and the cleanliness but the room was quite nice. The stay could be rated with 3 stars because of the wsaroom cleanliness and the behaviour of the staff. The overall behaviour was very good but when we asked of extending the stay time for a couple of hours, they wanted us to pay 1500rs which was high, not even in the apps where we booked. Overall, it was good. This was very untidy and uncomfortable

The hotel is old, no proper maintenance is done. Rooms are clumsy and dirty. Washrooms are not at all maintained. A cup of tea costs 42 😂😂 Openly looting the customers. The behaviour of the staffs are good. Interesting fact, if someone book the checkout time is 10 am, offline booking it is 12 pm.

I booked this property through mmt and good discount as well. Walkable distance from mysore palace. The service quality was quite good and very friendly/familiar behavior of all staff.

Service was terrible. We asked for a blanket. The staff person told us to use the bedsheet. We asked for an extra pillow. We were told to use what was provided. The drainage in the toilet was poor. On having a bath, the floor remained wet and took a long time to dry. We had to ask for basic requirements. Then we were asked why we needed them. Besides, the tariff was without breakfast and yet very highly priced, 7k for a night. Like a. 3 star hotel

Overall was very good stay. In house restaurant but no breakfast was included so had to have food outside as the charges was high.

Mysuru dasara trip

Hotel location is very near to mysuru palace, near to mysuru zoo as well. Near to the dasara flower show, just by walk you can reach the flower show. Near to the ksrtc bus stand. Horse carts are available in 75 meters.

This property is in prime location few meters from mysore palace west gate. I have stayed couple time before but this time it was disappointing with service and room and facility seems to be bit old fashion. However they has 24*7 hot water facilities which made our stay okey.

Room 207 is in very bad condition starting from doors, bathroom, curtain, floor. We can call it unhygienic as well. We did not take any picture in the hotel so, can not provide any. Paying rs each day for a room like 207 in palace plaza is really a waste of money. We stayed there as we did not have other options. Otherwise we will not recommend any one that hotel and we would not like to stay there if we are again there in mysuru. But one thing i must say. Staff behaviour is excellent

If you going as a pair or getting room 2 or 4 people is ok. But take single room for three people can lead to one person sleeping on floor, by the by the rooms was spacious.
