From make my trip booked. Food taken from outside. No cleaning, no dinning, no timely water bottle. Demanded extra money for water bottle

No room service no breakfast availability they order it from outside and its not at all good. In short no facilities. Even drinking water not available in hotel.

The rooms were spacious and decently clean. The food was delivered on time when ordered. Over all service was good. Only issue i had was mosquitos.

The reception staff was not that great in hospitality. They were seeing us with suspiciously even though we booked pure booked from make my trip the most trusted website to travel. The stay was really nice the room interior was good and all the furniture provided was similar to the home. Felt luxurious stay within the property. It was nice. Enjoyed. The location is in the citi center and full of shopping market and dress and clothing shop.

Nice property. Near to Railway station and bus stand. Complementary breakfast was good ( Provided by maddur tiffanys) but we need to walk 150 metres to avail it. Manager Pasha was very much accomodative.

It was a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel is close to the market and many tourist places. Also good restaurants are nearby. The property can further improve upon their bedsheets, comforters, towels look and feel. Rest everything is good. Service is good.

Nice hotel. From reception to every area of hotel. Location is very nice we can search easily. Hotel rooms are also very nice, neat and clean.

Hotel is decent and in good location near by palace but washrooms had cigar smell and bed linen was not at all clean

The stay is worth the money it charges. But it can improve on following aspects: 1. The linens should be freshly washed 2. They do not have in-house kitchen, but should have basic cutlery like bowls, spoons and forks 3. They should provide the bill for the food ordered by customers.

This hotel is good for stay but not good for food. So better eat outside, there are many good restaurants near by and will get veriety of food options.

Staff and management are excellent. Rooms and toilets are good higenic. They arrange all the requirements of guests.

Locality was good and just a few kilometers away from mysore core areas like palace, zoo, underwater aquarium, etc. Excellent response from the staff. Actually it was a pleasant stay. )

I was traveling to mysore on some official work and had to stay for almost 10 days. Ksrgalaxy and it's staff turned out to be a treasure find. Decently sized rooms, very courteous and friendly staff and an extremely accommodating management. Even though the hotel doesn't have it's own restaurant, they ensure that their guests are taken care of.
