The stay was not good. Ac was not working properly. Child not able to sleep. Asked for hand towels several times never received them. The staff was not polite.

Location wise its secluded but if you want peace then its really nice place to stay. You can enjoy morning and evening walks in the industrial area and also visit the template. Food and overall service was good but few areas of the property was not maintained like corridor area on each floor was not maintained with a strong smell. Parking area was full of trash. There is a very small kids play area but it was very dirty with worn out toys.

Service was not good, they make us wait for 1 hour before checkin and also the things in room were not working.

Location is very good. The property is also very good but it isn't maintained properly. Food isnt great and above all the service is pathetic. I don't think its worth the value, the rating is bloated by one point for sure.

We’ve had a 2-night stay at the facility with family. The premises is good for staying and enjoying the city attractions of mysore, with basic landscaping in the front. The rooms are spacious and clean. The lights in the room were a little dim, good for a cozy stay but not sufficient to read at night. Room service was a bit slow but never missed any request. Staff were polite and courteous and attended to the requests. Food was awesome - both buffet and a-la-carte. The menu was good and the taste was great. But the restaurant needs some maintenance and cleaning especially the corner seats. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Below par service. Non-bath towels kept. We had just one towel for 3 guests - room cleaning was not done. After escalating someone came in to clean - as i understand there are no enough employees to clean or change. - corridors are not clean

The stay was comfortable but certain amenities that they had mentioned were not available in the room. Room service was good, room was clean. The quality that we expected was not met as it's a star hotel.

Room is not cleaned regularly. Bathroom sink was overflowing. Ac was not in good condition, we were sweating inside the room. Wasn’t worth 11. 5k per day maybe around 4-5k would’ve been acceptable buffet breakfast and dinner were good though, good food and good spread.

dont ever waste money booking the hotel.

I stayed from 25.12.to 28.12 with family in the hotel. the room was booked after effecting full payment which was quite high when compared to the meagre facilities available. the room was small to accommodate 4 persons. there were no basic amenities available in the hotel . very poor housekeeping. the calls from rooms get connected to the reception and there is no delivery of even essential items. for the price we pay we expect certain basic amenities to be placed inside the rooms which are unavailable. i had to call thrice for a dental kit, oil(given after 3 calls, that too a 1 Rupee pouch, called for a towel 3 times and not delivered. this was the experience for 3 days. had to quarrel with the reception . i told them to keep it at the reception as i was sure it will not be delivered to the room. after i came back and enquired with the reception i was told that the towels were placed in the room.on reaching the room i didnt find it and again called the reception. towel asked for at 7 PM was delivered at 10 PM that too after quarrelling. no cleaning of the rooms even on request. the hotel was stinking .common areas and lift had a unpleasant odour. rooms not maintained at all.very average food too. complimentary breakfast forname sake with no spreads compared to the price which they charge. overall i had a very bitter unpleasant experience and will never recommend the hotel in fact for deficiency of service i even thought of filing a consumer complaint.thoroughly dissatisfied and will never ever return to the place.felt more disappointed seeing much better places for half the price.

The stay at the hotel was decent overall. The location was convenient, and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean, but it felt a bit outdated, and some amenities could use an upgrade. While the breakfast had a reasonable variety, the quality of the food was just average. It wasn’t a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It was priced way higher at 5 star hotel rates while offering 3 star experience. I wouldn’t consider staying again and strongly recommend exploring other options.

Very slow service and rude reception staff behaviour. Restaurant staff was polite and good. But cleanliness is not at par. I see roches in restaurant.

It has been classified as a 5 star but it is definitely not. There was no hot water in the shower, the shower was broken. The rooms have no toiletries. The key just didn’t work throughout.

I was not satisfied with their service. Even after multiple request they failed to provide a towel. Which is very basic. No refilling of tissues and soap. Unless you request, from my persona experience, they won’t do your room. Food was fine.

We had a bad experience at mysore county retreat. Chekin time was 2 pm but we got the rooms around 5 pm. The reason for this late was not communicated. The basic amenities which were written were not provided.

Dear, I am writing to share my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Mysore country retreat, which is listed as a 5-star property. Unfortunately, the service and quality I encountered were far below expectations. From the moment I arrived, I faced numerous issues: • The reception staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. • The housekeeping team, particularly Mr. (housekeeping in charge), did not respond to repeated requests. Basic services, such as room cleaning and providing water bottles, were ignored despite multiple follow-ups. This level of service does not align with the standards of a 5-star hotel. I believe the current rating misrepresents the quality of the property and misleads potential guests. I urge you to review the ratings and address these concerns with the hotel management.

Out of city limits hotel in wilderness industrial area. check in was 2 pm. it finally happened at 5 pm. small floor space office reception areas streaming with un checked in guest. approximately 50 room guests. some bullshit excuse of older guests didn't check out. so fall over. terrible rooms dirty toilets. restaurants full bad delayed service. bad cuisine. trying to cogule us with free lunch coffee and snacks. terrible dining experience. everything wrong service food - crowds all over for tea. dinner. breakfast was a terrible experience. never ever will I book into this place. parking area night mare basement. wish you have a good holiday staying somewhere good in the city. lots of hotels in city. interested of staying in some extension suburban area. ridiculous bar stuck back of beyond bath tub size swimming pool. prices sky earth just rocketed. this is a never never hotel for me from now. I am a travel writer and photographer. be well read and educated. be wise otherwise! sad 😢
