The stay (suite) was good. Very comfortable and clean. However the hotel didn't provide any other services for the price they charged, neither food nor laundry service or any other service for that matter, but the price was too high. Thank you

Hotel is at good prime location, well maintained, service is average and needs improvement, room service is available from seasons restaurant but only starts from 8 am, no buket and mug available, can be made available on request. Overall good if considering for a short stay

Not provided buckets/mug in bathroom when enquired with reception they replied bucket will not be provided only shower, some how managed to get those, 2 year old kid how will bathe in shower, no dental kits also,

No resuturant so no breakfast possible even though there is a restaurant in the building but it providing any buffet rest in heart of city

Rooms were neat & clean. Had visited 6 years back. Some electrical sockets not working, light on the mirror not working. Room 203 toilet door not closing. Please carry your toothbrush & paste which do not provide

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Location is good. Service is horrible, staff responds well but no action is taken for any of the requests. This is my personal experience, might differ with others.

very small rooms, over prized but at good location. They don't have their own restaurant but have a restaurant adjacent to the property but that is multi cuisine so they don't get coffee/tea from here. Coffee/Tea which served us was pathetic.

Nice location with clean and neat surroundings, the staff was also very friendly. Clean and neat rooms. Only negative is that they don't have restaurant facility.

I chose this hotel just randomly searching through internet looking at the hotel appearance, stayed here with family for 3 nights. Hotel rooms are clean and tidy, most of the tourist places are nearby this location. There are not much options for veg food in the restaurant seasons next to this hotel. However, the food is good with lesser options and restaurant staff also is helpful and humble. Hotel staff could be little more courteous and provide instructions proactively that guests should be aware of ( like the access card needs to be recharged or renewed everyday irrespective of number of days the hotel is booked, if not the access will not work, which we were not aware ) but then it was quickly addressed and fixed when we reported. Overall a good hotel.

Location of this property is good … the room that was allotted to us had AC but its temperature could not be set(room no 303) … asked them to recharge TV ..however no response from their end .. there is no bucket in bathroom and water was not flowing through drainage as it was blocked ….

Everything was fine except for following points. 1) room key was not working. Despite going to reception and adding them, they just come and open the door with master key. But didn't change/update the door key. 2) there is no real parking space here. We just have to park in public road, in front of the hotel. So, there is no protection for vehicles from dust, heat, rain, etc. 3) wifi is mentioned free. But there is no guidance how to connect to wifi anywhere.

Very ok place. Car parking on the road. Rooms are ok ok. Very basic facilities. At a maximum, 2-star property.

Location is good and decent. The room was neat and clean. However housekeeping is a suspect, telephone not working and there no other way to communicate with the reception except going down personally for any request or requirements.
