No coordination between the employees working. Rooms are pathetic with no ventilation. Breakfast is a joke we were provided with expired bread.

Best stay in mysore with family and kids.

Recently had a great stay at this resort with my family, first we got the room which we didn’t like later we requested to upgrade our room to suite room which we really like it, general manager there is very good understanding our needs and changed our room since we went with kids, resort vibe is good, hospitality is great, overall we like the stay, recommend to anyone with family and kids to stay here who are planning a visit to mysore or srirangapatna

Room was clean but, congested. Manager helped us updating from non ac booked to ac with additional charge which is nominal. Ambience is good but they allow more day outing, good for staying not for vacation. Buffe there is bit costly for the items given, taste wise all ok

It was easy for us to reach easily with google maps directions. Lunch, dinner & breakfast was excellent. Resort is little old and needs maintenance. Staffs are courteous on rendering their good service. Swimming pool was very good and i did swimming after a very long time. Overall it was our pleasant stay.

They have a lot activities for both adults and kids. Kids can do zipline and low rope activities. Food was amazing everything we ordered was delicious. Only -ve was cleanliness. Room was not very clean there was bad smell in both room and bathroom. Housekeeping is not upto the mark. The dinner plates were not removed and didnt clean that area till next day evening even after multiple reminders. They have less staff so waiting is more.

I had been with my family. ambiance was good, plying activities are really awesome, zip line, swimming pools all excellent, Food was good and service is good, over all good experience but except room..toilet was filled with cob web so please keep in good condition. give more importance to repaint and cleen atmosphere. thank you🙏

Positive : property location is good negative. 1. The rooms are not suitable for summer. If you are going in summer, please book ac room. There is no proper fans in non ac rooms which will be very difficult in summer. 2. We stayed in this property for one night in non ac room. We had very bad experience. We asked for extra fan as we couldn’t handle the heat inside the room. But there is no arrangement from the management. 3. Food was very bad and also price is high. 4. No wifi facility in rooms. 5. It’s not worth the money. We will get better stay in mysuru for this price.

Room was neat but no food service to room was provided. No telephone, wifi, no complimentary drinking water etc. But this is a good place when you are visiting with family. There is enough place for kids to play. Pool is neat. Some adventure rides and overall it is a good option with cheap rate. Food is good. But some areas like front view, reception, old kids park etc requires maintenance.
