Worst ever hotel stay of my life.

Location was good, food was average, amenities and service is worst ever. They do not have good management and no respect to the customers. For 2 hrs in morning all of a sudden water ran out. And everyone is saying it’s not my department, i will not help, nor they are trying to find and resolve the problem.

The hotel is in a good location and rooms are good, however rooms need some maintenance, the toilet seat in the washroom was not fixed, wallpapers were coming off from a few places, the washroom was small good things veg kitchen and room service linens were clean room cleaning and all was good staff was good spacious room

Overall a good experience, rooms are very nice bedding hygiene and bathroom, room floor cleaning to be ensured prior to check in and on a daily basis to streamlining the services better. Cloth hangers to be arranged in almirah.

Had visited this hotel with family and everyone liked it. Staff is having good attitude. Rooms are neat and clean. They have a in-house restaurant at 1st floor and it is good.

There are no food options apart from dosa and idly, which feels like a waste of money to pay for a complimentary breakfast. The room was okay with no significant issues.

Club room was spacious, presence of restaurant was good. Room service was responsive! there was slight water dripping and bit wet near bathroom wash basin which was reported to the staff.

It was easy to find in map but after visiting the hotel i felt it’s totally opposite to what was mentioned in the description. More importantly the price is not at all worth, with this price we can find better one in mysore

Rooms - clean. Washrooms - can be maintained better. Toiletries - were not kept, got them only after calling reception twice. First we were informed toiletries are out of stock later we were given. Parking - ok. Staff - good. Location - good.

The stay was good. But the ac was very bad. It was taking too long time to get the room conditioned. There being no fan it was difficult to sustain the initial 2 hrs

Room was not cleaned, bathroom was broken. They didn’t accept the card n forced to pay in cash. I have payed extra for the extra bed but they given the hospital bed. But food is good.

They say they will dental kit shower cap etc but they provide nothing unless you demand them. Also the rooms are overpriced while rooms are just average

Ni ambaari suites in mysore provides a comfortable and modern stay with a touch of local charm. The hotel features well-appointed rooms, a welcoming ambiance, and attentive service, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Conveniently located, it offers easy access to mysore's key attractions, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The room was really good, not only the room but also the service was good just the location could have been better. But the overall experience was really good !
