The services were not up to the mark for the price point. The staff is always looking for tips. People pay out of courtesy and not being pushy. The tv in the room wasn't working as expected. We called the technician but still it wasn't fixed.

Cancellation and refund did not receive

Hi there i have spoken to makemytrip executive about cancel-ling the booking due to sickness of one the family member who was traveling. Mmt executive agreed to cancel and refund the amount over phone in 2-4 days but i did not receive any confirmation or communication from mm t on this regard. Let me know status on this. There is no customer care number to speak to an executive now. Automated message says check my trips and no updates there

We had stay there for two days. Very nice and pleasant. Good and very comfortable rooms and all services. Well maintained hotel, staff are very loveable. Food was sooperb. Even andhra ruchilu it’s a great ambience, a different style teams are there. One is forest and other one is cave. Both are sooperb.

I recently stayed at pai vista hotel for three days and had a wonderful experience. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Although the stay was a bit on the expensive side, the quality of service and amenities made it worth the price. This hotel is excellent for family stay. Very cordial reception. Well behaved staffs. Complementary breakfast was awesome. We enjoyed tasty foods in restaurent at mezzanine floor.

Clean rooms as per expectation. Staff very courteous. Travel desk and restaurant guff is superb. Location is near to ksrtc stand and jewellers nearby.
