Property location is good. But cleanliness was concern. Other than that everything was good. Food services were good. Amenities were also fine only they need to look into cleanliness

Clean and neat rooms, centrally located, walkable distance to mysore palace, underwater zone, mysore cauvery emporium, sri chamarajendra zoological gardens. Anand bhavan veg restaurant available in the ground floor has good varieties of food to munch.

The hotel has significant infrastructure issues, such as broken flushes and commodes. The cleanliness is unacceptable, with hair and dust found on the bed. The service staff is unresponsive; when i requested assistance with the tv not turning on, no one came to help. Additionally, both the floor and bath towels were very dirty. Considering the service quality, the daily rate is excessively high.

Though hotel promised early check in..but when reached refused to provide early check in and didn’t have basic courtesy to provide washroom services…disappointed with reception staff behaviour

It's a very affordable and decent place to stay. Very near to all the main locations. The staff is very good and the food is also tasty.

We booked two 3 bed rooms through the app. But hotel told they don't have 3 bed room. Finally they have given additional bed. Service provided was good. All the basic requirements are provided only on request. Food quality was average.

I have booked two queen rooms, but the hotel gave me one family room which had two beds(one queen & one bed. When i had asked why this was given, initially the hotel receptionist gave a cold reply that he did not know why is it so. When i had asked for two separate rooms, they said that they don't have rooms, rather they have only this family room available. I contacted makemytrip to resolve, they were also unable to do so. Mm t informed me that they will give me credit worth double the booking money and informed me that i can book another hotel. This solution was not of much help cos it was around 10 pm where chances of finding another hotel would be difficult. The hotel people were not helpful. After lot of debate, they gave one more room early in the morning around 6 am for using the washroom in another room cos the family room had only one washroom. On top of it, the ac had a sound all throughout night which made our sleep also difficult. Overall please avoid this hotel as the people don't honor the commitment which they made and when debated it is of no use. Better look for another hotel.

Good quality room and service. Really enjoyed well. Quick response from the staff is beyond the expectation. Room and toilet are neat and clean.

Good hotel. Tourist attractions like palace and zoo are at walkable distance from here. Food (veg) is good at their restaurant. Rooms were neat and clean. Ac was working well. Hot water was available. Towels were fresh. Soaps were provided. Complementary drinking water was available. Safe parking is available at the basement. Employees were nice. We had a pleasant stay here. Total ambience of the hotel is very good. Thank you.

Rooms were good and clean but the time spent during check in could have reduced. We were made to wait at the entrance for more than 15 mins
