No freshness, hot water no only hotel outside view inside look very unsatisfied lift is working but bad smell inside the lift every time cleaning staff and therie accessories

Nothing is there in the hotel pols don’t go there and stay no lights no ac nothing was there poor quality rooms

We booked three rooms @5790 per room for a night stay. They offered three star facilities, but there was no kettle, tea bags, no dental kits. The wash room was very small and the room didn't have proper lock facilities either

Bed sheets and blankets were stained, bathroom mug and bucket is very dirty, could not take bath for 2 days cos the water is brown ( dirty), but most of the staffs are friendly

The location is good, then hotel does bot gave their own dining hall or restaurant so you have to order food from outside or eat out, the sheets, blankets are stained and although it's newly changed it's still looks dirty and the bathroom is dirty and one will have to think twice even to hold the mug. It was a stressful experience but the staffs are friendly

I stayed for 3 nights in the hotel. Hotel is on main road. No proper view from room. Rooms are old. Ac is very low need to use fan along with ac. After complaining they did not set proper ac. Looks like ac are centralized. Evening hot water not available. No parking. Need to park on road. Service is ok. Surrounding nice restaurants are available.

Firstly, counter man deals rudely, his talking seems like he give rooms as free, secondly toilet condition not so good, ugly and when we enter someone urinated and not used flush. 2021, 2023 i stayed there feel satisfied but this time really very very poor

The hotel doesn’t know what is the meaning of cleanliness. Rude staff. Very bad infrastructure. It has all qualities to give 0 star rating. it doesn’t worth even 1000rs. I am doubtful in using their bed sheets and towels as well. Please don’t risk your hygiene by staying here. You have an amazing hotel just opposite to this place.

Over all had a really good experience spacious and clean rooms and staff was really good and helpful l hotel is at nice location with good restaurants around

Wash room was very congested with no space and not clean. Tv was not working and the service was pathetic. No one cares for guests. Not worth the price that i paid.

Hotel is in the heart of the city, rooms were average and parking is a hassle. Reception people are really nice and exceptionally co operative.

The hotel experience is very bad. Stinky everywhere. Not good overall. Breakfast complimentary they told. But they give only one dosa. No buffet. Not a good choice. You can get better in mysore.

Room service is not up to the mark. You don’t get the food you order. Room is not clean. Overall experience is awful. Don’t recommend anyone to book a room in this hotel

Air conditioners are not at all up to the mark. After repetitive request they made it little bit ok. However i have never experienced this type of behavior. I am a frequent traveler and stay from 3 star to 5 star hotels depending upon the requirement / city. This was my very bad experience in my life so far. This review is to improve the quality of service by the hotel as well as by make my trip authority.
