Not clean broken pipes ac leaks no towels or soap provided. Dirty bedsheets. Room 114 and 107 are the worst

Overrated third class hotel. Had to beg multiple times for getting even a towel and they didn’t provide toiletries. Breakfast was disaster

Very bad experience. They didn't provide bucke, mug, towels etc. Wifi didn't work at all. They use switch off lift we had to climb 3 floors. Staff did not bother if we ask anything. For everything they said adjust please

The room was not clean, the washroom was dirty, the window glass was broken, the curtain was not correct, the tv was not working, while booking the room break fast included but in hotel details breakfast not added

About the hotel experience it’s a worthy stay centre of mysore very close to mysore palace and staff are very good and supportive down there have a vegetarian hotel there food also nice ambience room service ac toilet everything is good

Do not book this hotel online!

This hotel has some issue with Oyo, so if book online the hotel will not allow you to check in. But thankful I called the hotel beforehand and they informed that I will not be allowed to check in. Then I call Oyo customer care they shifted my booking to another Oyo property, which is decent hotel, but the manager talks very rudely.

The stay was not so great. The toilets were smelling. Even one of the days housekeeping was not done I had to tell them to do. The lift also got stuck once. One of the rooms they had upgraded that was nice. Staff was friendly but the services were not so. The worst part was my room censors were not working I was provided a Key.

Worst service

They didn't gave the room what we booked. The receptionist behavior is worst. Complimentary food is not good. They didn't give toiletry items and towel. No room service.

Nice place to stay. Near to many important locations.
Room was good. Hotel is near by to most of the places. Good hotel even if you are a lone traveller. Hot water supply could have been better.
