    Location is 8 km away from location at 12. 30 am what one can do till not recieved refund it will not good that you ref e such location without confirmation its happen 3 rd time

    Terrible Stay

    gps coordinates: the coordinates provided showed a location 9.5 km away from the actual address, causing significant inconvenience. open in map: the address shown in the maps was incorrect, further compounding the inconvenience of showing a location 9.5 km away from the actual address. due to an incorrect google location from the airport to mecosabagh christian colony, nagpur, i had to take an auto with a fare of rs. 450 in cash. upon arriving at the drop-off point, i realized the destination was close to the airport, leading to more inconvenience. i had to hail another auto and pay an extra fare. because of this unplanned journey, and the wrong location information i got wet in the rain and developed a slight fever and cold since last night and the health issues i faced have left me extremely frustrated with the overall bad experience from before check-in until my departure. issues faced: 1. initial room conditions: the first room provided had only a bed. there was no table, chair, or cupboard, making it very difficult to organize and use the space comfortably. i surprised that in room no 101 the gallery part converted in toilet and bathroom and it was uncomfortable for use after requesting a chair and table, they provided me with only one choice, which ranged from room no 101 to room no 205. 2. second room conditions: the second room allotted also had several issues: no cupboard: the room lacked a cupboard, which is a basic necessity. towel issue: initially, a wet towel was provided. upon requesting a dry towel, the staff cited the rainy season as the reason and provided a dry towel only after a further complaint. broken commode: the commode was completely broken. despite assurances that it would be repaired the next day, no action was taken during my entire stay. dirty bedsheets: the bedsheets were extremely dirty, indicating a lack of proper housekeeping. mirror point: the only mirror available did not have a table, making it inconvenient to use. table: tabletop glass broken is harmful and poses a risk of accidents. 3. service quality: receptionist’s attitude: the receptionist mentioned that the hotel is primarily used by couples and thus did not require basic amenities like a cupboard. this is not an acceptable justification for poor service. dirty wash basin: the wash basin in the room was dirty and uncleaned. breakfast service: i requested breakfast at 10:00 am, but the waiter arrived at 11:00 am with only one dish of poha and tea, and demanded ₹60 for breakfast charges. when i contacted the receptionist, she was unaware of the complimentary breakfast that was supposed to be included in my stay. food quality: the quality of the poha served was very poor and not up to the expected standards. 4. health impact: the unsanitary conditions in the room and facilities have significantly impacted my health. i am suffering from a cough, cold, and fever. the dirty bedsheets and wash basin, combined with the poor quality of food, led to health issues that made my stay extremely uncomfortable and stressful. the lack of proper amenities and the overall poor service exacerbated my condition, leaving me physically and mentally distressed. due to these numerous issues, my stay was extremely uncomfortable, and the quality of service was far below acceptable standards. despite communicating these issues to the hotel's delight manager no satisfactory resolution was provided. i request the consumer court to take necessary action against fab hotel the imperial green, nagpur, for providing misleading information and substandard services, and to ensure that such experiences are not repeated for other customers. i also seek compensation for the inconvenience, distress, and health issues caused during my stay.

    Room was spacious but it was not that clean as shown in pictures. Electrical sockets were broken inside the room.
