Food is good but room is terrible. Old hotel. Just a basic. Un hygienic. Not clean at all. Location is not bad

location is good, rest everything is bad, old dirty rooms and toilets, cockroach in the room, AC deluxe room we booked got window AC that too very old, makes huge noice couldn't sleep at night, i will say it's bad choice at high price

Guys don’t book hotel. I already pay plus 1000 tax i pay and this hotel manger ask extra money 1000 so i have worst experience this hotel.another thing not clean room and bathroom.so I don’t want book again.😡😡

The stay was good. Hotel staff was very cooperative. Location was somewhat noisy. In my openion for extra bed the charges are too high, that should be reasonable.

It's an average hotel. Lobby is cramped. The lift was stinking with old rust. Room was clean though. Bed sheet was clean. Blanket was old and not good. Toilet is average. Location is really good. Many places are nearby. We were reaching late night by train that's why we preferred this. Charges for such kind of room do not match with quality standards here. Charges are higher.

No problem. Only regulator of fan was not working.
Not enough light near mirror. Lighting needs to be improved also regulator of fan was not working.

Location wise : very good. Auto rickshaws available just outside the hotel . . Staff : very helping and courteous. Very polite . Food : good. Tea was good. Hotel is old. But very good service. They allowed us to stay 5 hours extra in the room at no extra cost. We offered to pay money for the same but they declined to accept. Good hotel for families.

The location is good. The room is pretty average. The TV available was very old, AC was noisy, beds were average. At the outset it is not worth the money paid. The Complimentery breakfast was limited to one main food and one cup coffee only. Bread toast was not up to thd mark
